It's Time To Meet Miranda
And Learn A Little About Me

Hey there! It's time you met me! My name is Miranda and I am the creator of this website. I hope you are finding everything you need!

In case you are wondering why I am so passionate about this topic, I thought I would give a little insight as to why I decided to 'Create Positive Change' in my life, and how you can do the same.

Several years ago I was leading a very busy life being a wife and mom to three children, job, house, yard, etc. Everything was good, except I was burning the candle at both ends and felt overwhelmed -- as I'm sure all you moms can relate to... I mean, we kind of go overboard with the 'I gotta be everything to everyone' belief:-).

I decided I needed to change some things in my life.

Although I was happy, I felt like there was something more for me out there. I wanted to find something that really resonated with me. A passion I could enjoy while at the same time helping others.

I was working for my husband in his business, which was good. But being independent by nature, I decided I wanted to branch out and find a job I could really sink my teeth into. It needed to be something I loved doing, that I could be passionate about, and I wanted to do it from home.

I know, kind of a tall order. But leaving my kids for work just wasn't an option for me. Other people had found ways to be successful and still do what they wanted, why couldn't I?

So I started searching around for opportunities. I tried a few different avenues. As I searched I began to notice certain topics continued to come up, the Law of Attraction being one of them. I started reading about it and testing its principles. After all, I figured I couldn't knock it if I hadn't tried it.

After devouring many books and movies on the subject, I began to apply some of the steps I had learned to create a job I loved. I wrote down everything I wanted, assumed I already had it and kept a positive attitude. I also began reading a lot about successful people and the principles they used to achieve their success. Looking back now, I realize how much I was changing my old belief patterns and developing a new attitude about life in general.

One day I was reading through an article on the Web that suggested using Site Build It! to create an online business. I decided to look into this since it fit the profile I was looking for (ie. being able to create and do something I loved, work from home on my own time schedule, and of course, make money). The more I read, the more I knew this is what I had to do.

But what on earth could I create a website about? I mean, just the thought alone was enough to scare me silly, (I didn't even know much about the internet, let alone creating a website). But Site Build It! made it easy to brainstorm different topics. After a time the thought came to me "I should create a website about the same things that brought me to it!"

Basically, the materials, thoughts and actions that had created a positive change for me in my life!

So, I embarked on a journey I had never been on before. What a crazy ride! It seemed like everywhere I turned I was finding new ideas and thoughts about what I could write and how I should present it. I just dove in head first and started swimming the best I knew how. It's been a lot of work, but I know this experience has taught me things I couldn't have learned any other way.

Today I am busier than ever, with a family (4 kids now), home, numerous friends, and of course, a job I love. Life keeps getting better and better.

Creating Positive Change is dedicated to all those who are searching for the right thing in their life. Whether it is finding the right job, improving relationships or developing better health. It is out there, you just have to go find it and Create Positive Change! It is my hope that this website will help you do just that!
